Junior Service Manager - Hands-on & Customer-Focused
Are you passionate about bikes and eager to grow your career in e-bike service? Okawa is looking for a Junior Service Manager to join our small, dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage service stock, test e-bikes to optimize ride performance based on customer feedback, and build or rebuild demo e-bikes and visite customers to support tech challenges or support sales. You’ll also work closely with our Chinese HQ, supporting technical improvements and structured projects.
What you’ll do:
- Be the main service contact for customers—friendly, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile
- Manage service stock and maintain the demo fleet
- Test e-bikes to fine-tune ride feel and improve products
- Support warranty claims, firmware updates, and product improvements
- Provide structured feedback to engineers and coordinate with HQ
- Attend bike shows, customer visits, and industry events
