Technical Sales & Service Manager
Are you passionate about e-bikes and do you thrive in a small, fast-moving company where no two days are the same? Okawa is looking for a Technical Sales & Service Lead who combines strong technical, hands-on skills with commercial awareness. This is a hybrid role : part service expert, part sales. You’ll work closely with OEMs, dealers, and our HQ in China , while actively testing, improving, and representing our products in the European market. What you’ll do · Be a key contact for OEMs, dealers, and customers for both service- and sales-related questions · Support and grow OEM and assembler relationships (technical support, demos, feedback, follow-ups) · Manage service stock, spare parts, and the demo fleet · Build, rebuild, test, and fine-tune e-bikes to optimize ride performance · Handle warranty cases, firmware updates, and technical troubleshooting · Translate market and customer feedback into clear, structured input for our engineers at HQ · Attend bike shows, dealer visits, test days, and industry events · Support dealer initiatives and new market opportunities · And yes — in a small company: much more , so flexibility and initiative are key Who you are · Technically skilled with e-bikes (service, repair, diagnostics) · You have bike-industry DNA · Comfortable communicating with partners and customers; you enjoy the commercial side · Entrepreneurial mindset · Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented · Organized and structured, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves · Passionate about bikes, technology, and building long-term relationships · Fluent in Dutch & English (German is a strong plus) Why Okawa · A flexible role with real impact in a fast-growing e-bike motor brand · Hybrid working (home & office) and flexible hours · Demo e-bike for testing and/or commuting · Direct collaboration with international HQ and product development · A clear opportunity to grow with the company as our European operation expands Join Okawa and help shape both the service experience and the commercial success of our motors in Europe.
